1983 – Creation of the company ALMET, a subsidiary of the Péchiney group. 1985 – Creation of ALU3P : Production site specializing in the machining and service of aluminium profiles. 2003 – Alcan abosrbs the Péchiney group and therefore ALMET. 2005 – ALMET finds a new buyer : the Amari group.
